Refund policy

At NOCAP, each scrub cap is crafted with care and intention. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Tags must remain attached

• The item must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or used.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

We will make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Limited edition releases may be marked final sale.
