Shipping policy

At NOCAP, every piece is crafted and prepared with intention. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship via USPS.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, NOCAP is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. We are happy to assist where possible.
